Travel Leaders is a re-seller of ExpenseWire, a robust, user friendly electronic expense tool which is fully integrated with Compass (powered by Rearden) or can be used as a standalone product. ExpenseWire can be customized in much the same way we can customize self booking tools; by division, department, traveler, all the way down to the expense item itself.

The system is capable of multiple layers of approvers and can inhibit expensing of selected items at pre-set spending levels. The interface record is clean, simple to install and successfully hands off files to most of the commonly used general ledgers. ExpenseWire is logical and employees can be trained in virtually minutes.

While many of the electronic expense products on the market charge by the Expense Report and tack on costs such as receipt scans, ExpenseWire is only charged per month for each active user. Surprisingly, this highly effective product is available for less than one day's lunch money per active user.
