Ticket Tracking - Oncourse Ticket Tracking a web-based application that automates all aspects of the ticketing process from basic ticketing to complex split tickets and exchanges. The application finds and logs unused tickets, regularly checks the status of these items, generates reports and emails when an unused ticket is about to expire.

oncourse Trip Approval LogoTravel Leaders offers pre-trip approval with Oncourse Trip Approval designed to enforce your organization’s travel policy. The entire process is managed electronically via PDA or e-mail communication.

Approvers will receive an e-mail with a link to approve, deny, or cancel a request. In addition, approval reminders will be e-mailed to both the approver and the traveler to ensure action and avoid cancellation.

Pinpoint Intelligence is an exciting analytical dashboard tool that benchmarks hundreds of key performance indicators (KPIs) on air, car and hotel spend based on real-time and historical bookings from over 30,000 organizations.

Our Pinpoint Intelligence tool assists clients and Travel Leaders Account Managers in assessing how well the travel program is being managed; measure program’s strengths and weaknesses against company goals, peers within specific industries and/or accounts of similar size and scope.

In addition to benchmarking, Pinpoint Intelligence is a goal setting and analytical device that can be used to measure aspects of Service Level Agreements, Division/Department budgets, traveler performance against policy and evaluate green initiatives.
