Policy Compliancy - Oncourse Policy Compliance automates the costly, labor-intensive and error-prone process of notifying travelers of company policies, agents to specific corporate travel requirements and securing travel approvals prior to reservation and ticketing.

Quality Control - Oncourse Quality Control is a web-based business rules engine that captures and processes passenger booking data and verifies the completeness, validity, and accuracy of all transactions while searching for the lowest airfares.

Document Delivery - Oncourse Document Delivery is a web-based application that produces and electronically sends travel invoices and itineraries that deliver concise and relevant content to your travelers and travel managers in multiple formats, including fax, plain text email, PDF and HTML.

Ticket Tracking - Oncourse Ticket Tracking a web-based application that automates all aspects of the ticketing process from basic ticketing to complex split tickets and exchanges. The application finds and logs unused tickets, regularly checks the status of these items, generates reports and emails when an unused ticket is about to expire.

Travel Leaders offers pre-trip approval with Oncourse Trip Approval designed to enforce your organization’s travel policy. The entire process is managed electronically via PDA or e-mail communication.

Approvers will receive an e-mail with a link to approve, deny, or cancel a request. In addition, approval reminders will be e-mailed to both the approver and the traveler to ensure action and avoid cancellation.

Pinpoint Intelligence Reporting Suite

Pinpoint Intelligence is Travel Leaders’ personalized reporting platform. By customizing reports for each individual organization, we are able to insure information is relevant to your business.

With Pinpoint Intelligence organizations can:

• Capture, standardize and warehouse travel information from multiple sources for a single, consolidated view of all travel expenditures incurred worldwide.
• Run more than 120 standard reports and create an unlimited number of custom reports that provide you with up-to-the-minute travel spending details.
• Schedule the production and email delivery of reports, and grant direct system access to those who need the information (e.g., meeting planners, department heads and security personnel).

Pinpoint Intelligence is an exciting analytical dashboard tool that benchmarks hundreds of key performance indicators (KPIs) on air, car and hotel spend based on real-time and historical bookings from over 30,000 organizations.

Our Pinpoint Intelligence tool assists clients and Travel Leaders Account Managers in assessing how well the travel program is being managed; measure program’s strengths and weaknesses against company goals, peers within specific industries and/or accounts of similar size and scope.

In addition to benchmarking, Pinpoint Intelligence is a goal setting and analytical device that can be used to measure aspects of Service Level Agreements, Division/Department budgets, traveler performance against policy and evaluate green initiatives.

The Goal Summary allows real time adjustments to goals by each measured category and automatically produces a White Paper outlining the objectives and financial benefits to be achieved.
